Information on Personal Data Protection Code (Legislative Decree no. 196 of 30.06.03, art. 13)
In compliance with the Legislative Decree no. 196 of 30.06.03 “Personal Data Protection Code”, the Civic Network of South Tyrol, as Data Controller, is required to provide you with the following information regarding the processing of your personal data. Data processing is performed by electronic means.
Data is collected, archived and used by the service as long as the authorization doesn't change. If it is necessary, the administrator of data is authorised to access the data to guarantee the efficiency of the service. The Civic Network guarantees the confidential processing of personal information.
We inform the user that the service can be accessed but remains anonymous, indicating only the e-mail address.
The user can access their information at any time.
The administrator of data is authorised to collect, elaborate and use the personal information, the data of the profile and the demographic data on the basis of a written consent for the following purpose:
- Input in the list of participants
- Sending information about the Civic Network of South Tyrol
- Advertising or market research regarding the Civic Network of South Tyrol.
The administrator of data is not obligated to cancel the provided information immediately after the suspension of the service, but can archive them.
In order to verify if the information supplied is of interest to the user and if improvements are necessary, general information, not regarding the single person but mainly of statistical nature is collected. The data and information collected by the server is aggregated and used for statistics and analysis. The declaration of consent can be revoked at any time, but not retrospectively. At the same time the consent for processing personal information will be revoked and the Civic Network of South Tyrol will delete the data.
