Purposes of processing: the data provided will be processed by authorised personnel, also in electronic form, for institutional purposes in accordance with laws of the Autonomous Province of Bolzano - South Tyrol 23.11.2015, no. 15 and 2.12.1985, no. 16 and Ordinance of the Autonomous Province of Bolzano - South Tyrol 14.12.2016, no. 33.

Communication and recipients of the data: the data may be communicated for the fulfilment of legal obligations within the framework of their institutional tasks, insofar as this is carried out in close connection with the administrative procedure initiated: to the competent offices of the Mobility Department of the Autonomous Province of Bolzano - South Tyrol, to the public legal entities operating in the field of local public transport, in accordance with the laws and ordinances in force in the Autonomous Province of Bolzano - South Tyrol, to the private legal entities operating in the field of local public transport, so that they are made aware of the communications related to their services. Communication and recipients of the data: the data may be communicated for the fulfilment of legal obligations within the framework of their institutional tasks, insofar as this is carried out in close connection with the administrative procedure initiated: to the competent offices of the Mobility Department of the Autonomous Province of Bolzano - South Tyrol, to the public legal entities operating in the field of local public transport, in accordance with the laws and ordinances in force in the Autonomous Province of Bolzano - South Tyrol, to the private legal entities operating in the field of local public transport, so that they are made aware of the communications related to their services.

Rights of the data subject: Data subjects have the right of access to or rectification or erasure of personal data concerning them, or the right to object to processing in the cases provided for (Art. 15 et seq. of the Regulation). A request to this effect can be sent to the contact addresses provided previously.

Duration: the data will be kept for as long as necessary to comply with legal obligations, including those applicable in the areas of levies, accounting and administration and, in any case, for no longer than 5 years.

Remedies: If the data subject does not receive a response to his/her request within 30 days of receipt - this period may be extended by a further 60 days if necessary due to the complexity or high number of requests - he/she may lodge a complaint with the data protection authority or appeal to the courts.
