General weather situation
A strong northwesterly upper-level flow is determining our weather. In South Tyrol, conditions are more favorable in the lee of the Alps.

Today’s weather
On Sunday, the clouds will clear with a northerly wind and it will be quite sunny. It will remain more changeable in the very north of the region with isolated showers in the mountains during afternoon and evening. Furthermore, moderate to strong Foehn winds will affect the valleys. Temperatures will rise to 11° in the Wipptal and up to 19° in the area around Bozen.

Tomorrow’s weather
Across most of South Tyrol, a lot of sunshine is expected with only harmless clouds. Along the main Alpine ridge, however, conditions stay more unsettled, with occasional snow showers spreading southwards, particularly between the Brenner Pass and the Staller Sattel. In Foehn-exposed areas, a brisk to strong northerly Foehn wind will persist. High temperatures will range from 11° in the Wipptal to 20° in the Unterland.

On Tuesday, the weather will remain split. In the north conditions will still be changeable, while in the south it will be fair and quite sunny. The northerly Foehn wind will ease in the evening. On Wednesday, the weather will improve everywhere, with sunshine across South Tyrol despite some high clouds. Temperatures will rise again. Thursday will bring mostly sunny conditions, with some high or mid-level clouds passing through at times. On Friday, calm and mostly sunny autumn weather is expected
