Nicolò Degiorgis
*1985, grew up in Bozen/Bolzano. After studying Chinese at the University of Venice, he moved to Hong Kong then to Beijing. Trained at Magnum Photos, Paris and in 2008/09 received a grant to study at Fabrica, Benetton. In 2009 began to work on immigration matters at the University of Trieste and was at the same time offered an artist’s residency at the Bevilacqua La Masa Art Foundation.
