Scaf.Scaf (Arta Ngucaj, Arben Beqiraj)
Arben Beqiraj, *1974 and Arta Ngucaj, *1978. Both grew up in Vlorë, Albania. Their artistic partnership began in Bologna where they were both studying at the Academy of Fine Arts on the 3-year Master of Arts specialisation. They live and work in Bologna and Bozen/Bolzano.
